How do I find out the status of my order?
All Pork Store members can view the status of their current and past online orders by signing in and accessing the Order Status area on the website. To reach the Order Status area click on "Order Status" located in the upper right hand corner of the page. Should you need additional help, you can e-mail our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us toll free at 1-800-456-7675. Please include your last name, billing zip code and order number (if you have it) to aid in locating your order. Our customer service is available from 8am - 5pm (CST) Monday thru Friday.
How do I return an item?
- Return merchandise must be returned in same condition as sent to receive refund.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of merchandise's ship date.
- Merchandise returned without valid RMA number will be sent back at shipper's expense: Call for return authorization (RMA)
- 100% credit will be provided if damaged or incorrect merchandise (due to the Pork Store's error) is received
- 15% restocking fee (85% credit on purchase price) will be applied against all other returns
- No returns will be accepted on any merchandise that has been personalized, i.e. embroidered with store or personal name, or the logo has been changed from the default choice on the website.
How do I change the address for an order?
During the checkout process, you will be given the option to enter a shipping address that is different than your billing address.
How do I find an item I want to buy?
Available items are put into categories depending on their use. Click on the appropriate category to find the available items. If you cannot find a needed item please e-mail the Customer Service Department at email@example.com or call us toll free at 1-800-456-7675.
Is it safe for me to use a credit card? Is your site secure?
Yes. Our site is equipped with Secure Socket Layer technology. If you access The Pork Store using a secure browser such as Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer, with a current browser version, the personal data you send us (name, address, phone number, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted and processed through Authorize.net for your protection during the transaction process. The Pork Store is PCI-DSS compliant and follows all appropriate malware scanning, virus scanning, intrusion protection and audit processes.
How do I know my order was placed?
All web orders will receive an Order Confirmation via email once your order is submitted. The Order Confirmation will contain an order number that you can refer to if you run into any questions or concerns. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation after submitting your order, please e-mail the Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will my order ship?
It will depend on what items were ordered, the quantity ordered and when the order was placed. If the order is placed before noon (CST), your package could ship the same day the order was submitted. Literature materials typically ship out within 2 business days. If your order is needed by a specific date, please indicate this information on your order or contact Customer Service for further assistance.

What type of payments do you accept on line?
You can pay your online orders using American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA.
